Benefits of Choosing Private Schools

The parents in today’s age prefer Private over Government schools for their kids.   The objective is to impart the necessary skills to their kids so that they are able to adjust themselves in this ever-changing world.  We talked to several parents in Faridabad, New Delhi who sought information from us about the best schools in Faridabad NCR for kids.

There is a general belief about Private schools in Faridabad that they give a unique experience to kids, and hence they are worth to the financial investment.

Here are some of the benefits of choosing private schools in Faridabad fir your kids:

  1. One of the benefits of enrolling kids in one of the private schools in Faridabad is that they provide a challenging educational experience to your school going kids via exceptional curricular and extracurricular activities.

“Despite not being financially sound, I decided to enroll my kids in one of the top schools in Faridabad. I have seen private school students scoring top grades regularly.  Many Privates schools record 100 percent results when it comes to annual exams,” said a Parent.

  1. There have been several types of research and studies on the behavior of the kids studying in Private schools and on those studying in the Government run schools. David Berliner and Bruce Biddler surveyed in 2002. The survey showed that in small classes, kids learn better than the large size classrooms.

“The gains from the small size classes are unprecedently higher. And longer a child is exposed to them, higher will be the benefits. Private schools may have higher enrollment number, but the teaching style is different. The classroom size is kept small to focus individually on each student,” reveals the study.

According to the study, private school teachers identify the weakness in their students, and besides working on them, they also focus on advancing their strengths.

Private schools anywhere around the globe emphasize involving parents in the education of their kids. To achieve this objective, they open all communication channels to facilitate easy interaction between parents and the administration. Teacher-parent meetings in private schools happen frequently. In addition to meetings, social events like parental breakfasts, family camping, and participation of parents in the fundraising events have become an integral part of private schools in today’s age.
  1. The teachers at private schools are generally rated higher when it comes to dedication. Fraser Institute conducted a parent survey in 2007. More than 91% of the parents agreed with this fact that one of the primary reasons why they choose private schools for their kids was the dedication of the teachers towards their job.
  1. The teachers in Private schools may not be more qualified than the Government schools, but generally, they have been found highly passionate about their subjects.
  1. The best cbse schools in Faridabad which are mainly private focus more on the child-teachers relationship than the Government schools. The teachers in private schools try to become the role models of their students while it is rarely seen in the Government schools.

EPFO Examination

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization conducts the EPFO exam every year. This is a two-day-long exam which is conducted to fill up just 280 sets. Those who clear this exam get hired as an EPFO Assistant and they are paid as per the 7th pay commission. The government job is of prestige and this is the reason why so many candidates appear for this exam each year.

The competition level of this exam is pretty high. There are two rounds of the exam conducted. One needs to know the syllabus and pattern well to compete and seek a job as the EPFO assistant. Also, make sure that you do not miss out on the EPFO Assistant Exam Date.

The exam is conducted online. There are multiple-choice questions for every section. Except for the English section, the rest of the sections will be bilingual. The candidate is given 20 minutes to attempt each section. There is 1 mark for a successful attempt. The candidate has penalized .25 marks in case of a wrong attempt.

The EPFO assistant exam has questions that are asked from four categories. These are Quantitative Aptitude, General/Financial Awareness, Reasoning/ Intelligence, and the English Language. There is separate sectional timing to appear for each of these questions. Before you appear for the exam here is what you need to do to perform well in the exam.

 Revise the topics

There are some important topics in every section. The candidate should revise them thoroughly. Do not miss out on any topic because it increases your chances of scoring a higher mark in the examination.

Accuracy is important

You need to be very focused and accurate when you are appearing for the EPFO examination. The competition is high and the vacancies are less. This means that even a single mistake could take you out of the competition. The exam has negative marks as well. Thus to make sure that you perform well it is important to improve your accuracy. And the best way to do so is to appear for many mock examinations and sit for many practice papers that will automatically build your confidence and get you more focused.

Manage your time well

You have a sectional cut off time for every subject. And the one who can attempt the maximum correct answers is the one who has an edge. A very crucial part of the EPFO exam is time management. The candidate should not spend more than one minute on any question. If the question takes more time then it is best to skip it and come back later if there is time.

Take all the important documents

To appear for the examination at the exam center you need to carry your id proof, admit card, and your photograph. Do not forget to carry these documents else you will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

Reach the exam hall before time

It is important to not rush on the day of the examination. Reach before time so that you can relax and sit for your exam with peace of mind.

These are some last-minute strategies and tips that can help you to perform well in the EPFO examination and come out successful.

Now that you are aware of the exam pattern, take time, and understand the syllabus. Go through all the topics and sections and make yourself comfortable with them. Also, stay focused so that you do not lose out because of negative marking. In the end, it pays to practice a lot of mock papers so that you are ready with the tried and tested strategy on the examination day.

D – Block Elements Or Transition Elements

Published

best assignment help

Before getting into the article know that most d block elements are transitional elements and However, not all D block elements are transition elements.

D block elements have either completely or incompletely filled d orbitals. d block elements are perfectly sandwiched between the metals and non-metals of the periodic table. Columns 3 to 12 of the periodic table are filled up by D block elements. These elements may have atoms of elements in which the D-orbital is completely filled. As per The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), a transition element is defined as an element whose atom or its cations has a partially filled d subshell.

Elements having electrons (1 to 10) present in the d-orbital of the penultimate energy level and in the outermost ‘s’ orbital (1-2) are d block elements. Although electrons do not fill up ‘d’ orbital in the group 12 metals, their chemistry is similar in many ways to that of the preceding groups, and so considered as d block elements.

These elements typically display metallic qualities such as ductility and malleability along with greater values of thermal and electrical conductivity. d block elements can withstand good tensile strength and are not soft. There are four series in the d block corresponding to the filling up of 3d, 4d, 5d or 6d orbitals.

  • 3d- Ti, Mn,  Cr, Sc, Zn, Fe, Co, Ni, V, Cu
  • 4d- Zr, Nb, Y, Cd, Mo, Ru, Rh, Tc, Pd, Ag
  • 5d- La, Hg, W, Re, Hf, Ir, Os, Pt, Au, Ta
  • 6d- incomplete.

d block elements may or may not form colorful complexes. These elements are not solid at room temperature. d block elements also exhibit diamagnetic, paramagnetic and ferromagnetic feature.

Polymers

Polymers are man-made artificial material which has occupied and revolutionized the entire universe with its irreplaceable properties. The carry bags, plastic bottles, rubber tips of the earphone, and natural rubber are the common types of polymers seen around us.

Polymers are classified as below depending on the properties, structure, Polymerisation and Based on Molecular Forces.

Based on the occurrence, polymers are classified into three types

  • Natural polymers
  • Synthetic polymers
  • Semi-Synthetic polymers

Based on Mode of Polymerisation, polymers are classified into two types

  • Addition polymers
  • Condensation polymers

Based on the structure, polymers are classified into three types

  • Linear polymers
  • Branch chain polymers
